On TikTok, summer concert attendees are poking fun at the unofficial seasonal uniform that's unexpectedly popped up for Gen Z and millennial women: variations on a flowy white midi skirt paired with a crop top or denim vest and white sneakers.

Jacksonville, Florida-based content creatorTeresa Phamshared a video showcasing what people wore to Hozier's concert in May, announcing, 'The Hozier uniform is a white midi skirt, crop top or flowy top, and boots or comfortable sneakers - pair with with some denim and suddenly you're the best dressed person there.'

'Proud of the Hozier concertgoers for understanding the dress code,' the creator continued - and now, the fest-ready 'fit has made its way to concerts galore, but can you try it without looking exactly like everyone else?

Commenters had a field day with the ensembles, as one person called it an 'English major uniform,' and another confirming, 'The long white skirt was a STAPLE.'

'I'm gonna stick out like a sore thumb. My skirt is green!' one follower joked, as the creator encouraged her by writing, 'There were a few people wearing green! It's no worries, I wore blue! Green can represent the song like real people do, very earthy.'

'Me and my sister counted every white skirt at the Hozier concert near us and we counted 128,' a commenter proclaimed.

One woman wrote, 'God I'm gonna look like everyone there.'

The costume in question is not just limited to Hozier concerts.

Fashion and lifestyle blogger Hunter Premo shared a video in the exact same outfit while showing her followers how to make it their own and add a bit of personality to the massive summer trend.

'I just went to the Noah Kahan concert last weekend in Nashville and all the girlies were wearing a white maxi skirt and denim vest,' Hunter explained.

'When I tell y'all this is the SUMMER CONCERT UNIFORM,' Hunter proclaimed.

The Nashville-based influencer then showed off the white Aritzia tiered maxi skirt and cropped denim Wrangler vest with a bolo tie, woven bag, cowboy hat, cowboy boots, and round sunglasses.

Hunter went on to show it off styled it multiple ways, showing her followers how they could try the style with a bit of pizazz.

One option included red Dolce Vita men's sneakers, a neck kerchief, oversized sunglasses, and a trucker hat.

Another style upgrade showed off a funky charm bracelet chain vintage belt.

'It's still a white skirt & denim vest. Let's be more creative girls,' one commenter snarked.

But plenty of women thought it was the outfit of the season for a reason.

New York City-based content creator Erika Dwyer responded to a viral videofrom TikTok creator Ali Tolar showing how everyone was wearing the same outfit at a Noah Kahan concert and said, 'Basic outfit choices like that... are popular for a reason.'

Erika explained in the comments, 'If you're matching with the girlies your outfit has literally been co-signed as cute!'
