@ksugiuraajc @LukeDeco*ck Hopefully, if they can get Disney+ streaming on Comcast boxes ..they can figure this out.. to avoid another ACC hoops season on a streaming network that won’t align with every other ESPN app permission as Comcast service.

What happened to customer service and speaking to a human agent - this past week or so has nee horrible - forget @EversourceCT who doesn’t even understand the meeting of customer service - but now @Xfinity - can’t get to a human being without waiting “20-30 minutes”?

@comcastcares probably the worst service ever. I did all the steps I knew I would be asked to do. Then spent 15 minutes navigating the worst phone menu where I was told to do all of those steps (of course), and then the system hung up on me!

@BrentAxeMedia The ACC Network so far has poorly served SU and probably others. It’s coverage area is limited (Comcast not picking up the Network is a big part of this) and this week’s situation is a prime example of the limited options when there’s a conflict.

@Xfinity @XfinitySupport @comcast Customer service is horrible! All my prompts to call them are in Spanish after seven attempts and having to use someone else's phone to call, I was advised that they can't fix this issue. I DON'T SPEAK SPANISH.

Xfinity has been so trash lately. Between the random 5 hour outages and the constant error 3000 messages on the streams I watch on Tw*tch; we pay too damn much for inconsistency.

@dreyesceron Your average bars won't Apple TV to put games on, unsure that this is a net positive for mainstream growth without a relationship with Disney/Fox/Comcast, but local blackouts have been awful for many fans, consistent revenue source might be key to keep new clubs afloat
