@comcast bill goes up 55% and the customer service script is, “well it’s not us.” Ummmm ok, way to take accountability. Cancel! (And is there an easy button for cancelling, no!).

The lady who sold me a plan initially said I could get 35 mb upload with 400 download. I later found this was a lie. Took like 4 different support calls to get sorted.
